- Material & Traceability
- Applicable material certifications and lot or heat identification remain tied to the job where required.
- Revision & Document Control
- Production is planned to the applicable customer-approved revision, with changes controlled before release.
- Inspection & Calibration
- Inspection requirements are established from the drawing and customer requirements. Measuring equipment is maintained to applicable calibration requirements.
- Nonconformance & Corrective Action
- Nonconforming product is identified and controlled before normal production continues. Corrective action addresses underlying process causes when required.
- Suppliers & Outside Processing
- Material suppliers and outside processors are evaluated against the requirements of the work, with applicable certifications retained with the job.
- Records & Shipping Documentation
- Applicable inspection results, certifications, job records, and required shipping documentation are retained with the work.
