Requests for Quote

Controlled Data Prohibition
You agree not to submit Controlled Unclassified Information, ITAR-controlled technical data, export-controlled technical data, or other controlled defense information through the Site. You represent that files and information submitted through the public RFQ portal are commercial and non-controlled.
Supplier Interest Submissions
Submitting the supplier interest form expresses interest only. It does not constitute approval as a supplier, a commitment to purchase, or placement on an approved supplier list. Certifications selected on the form are self-reported and unverified until GD&T Manufacturing independently confirms them.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit malicious files, attempt to access storage or systems beyond the upload permissions issued to you, interfere with the Site’s operation, circumvent security or bot-mitigation controls, or submit information that infringes the rights of others.
Confidentiality
Information submitted through the RFQ form is treated as business-confidential and used to prepare a quotation. Where an NDA is required, GD&T Manufacturing will arrange its execution before reviewing information covered by it. The Site itself is not a substitute for a written NDA.
Intellectual Property
The GD&T Manufacturing name, logo, and Site content are the property of GD&T Manufacturing. Customer drawings and files remain the property of the submitting party and are used solely to evaluate and perform the requested work.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to LinkedIn and may link to other third-party sites. GD&T Manufacturing is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
